Lean Expert Sales & Administration Processes (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team at our location in Vienna 23, we are, effective immediately, looking for a LEAN EXPERT SALES & ADMINISTRATION PROCESSES (f/m/d)

 

YOU WILL.

MAIN TASKS

  • Rollout improvement projects, as part of an interdisciplinary agile team, in the indirect areas of our plants (sales, planning, purchasing, supply chain, finance, accounting, controlling)
  • Responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of a holistic lean sales & administration approach in our locations
  • Ensure permanent monitoring and continuous improvement of the approach itself, in the context of digitalization
  • Act as Lean Process Expert in all indirect areas, ensuring effective and efficient interfaces between departments, with minimum loss of information & time
  • Act as a counterpart & sparring partner for key stakeholders in indirect areas
  • Train & share application of Lean Tools and Methods for indirect areas

REQUIREMENTS

  • Lean expert / Master with experience in implementing process improvements, training people and leading projects
  • Proven experience & successful track record in improvement projects in the administration area of a manufacturing company
  • Excellent understanding of processes in all indirect areas (sales, planning, supply chain, finance), their interfaces and related KPIs
  • In depth understanding of IT systems and processes
  • Self-driven and communicative personality
  • True team player, hands on and pro-active
  • Excellent communication skills to lead and support empowered employees and leaders in a multi-cultural environment
  • Willingness to travel, projects on site are a frequent part of the job (respecting all COVID restrictions)
