In order to strengthen our group Packaging IT-Team at our location in Vienna 23, we are looking for a

IT Consultant Packaging (m/f) – Application Support

 

YOU WILL.

MAIN TASKS

  • Take responsibility for Incident and Request tickets. Solve them or dispatch to other team members or external providers (2nd Level Support)
  • Take responsibility for interface definition and operation from ERP system (Witron CPMS) to Finance System (SAP)
  • Support software updates & upgrades together with external providers
  • IT Support for business & operations
  • Take responsibility for an in-house developed Web application incl. further enhancements
  • Facilitate workshops, user acceptance tests and business user trainings for Web application

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent
  • Professional experience in an IT service company or in IT consulting is an advantage
  • Knowledge of working with a service ticket tool is an advantage (ITIL)
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • SQL, ORACLE, JAVA, REST, JRUBI & SSH knowledge is an asset
  • Witron CPMS knowledge is an asset
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 15%)
  • Fluent in English, additional Eastern European language (e.g. Russian) is an advantage
