Recruiting and Talentmanagement (f/m)

In order to strengthen our group HR-Team at our location in Vienna 23, we are looking for a colleague who is in charge of

Recruiting and Talentmanagement





  • Evaluate Recruiting processes groupwide
  • Go along with the whole Change-Management-Process
  • Push model company approach, create and use arguments for the common process
  • Guide, train and assist users (Managers and HR) in recruiting processes
  • Steer (meetings, deadlines etc), monitor and improve Talent Management groupwide
  • Creation and maintenance of Talent Management in SAP-SuccessFactors
  • Assist and coordinate development measures
  • On-Boarding: set/implement standards according to model company
  • Coordinate Employer Branding Activities groupwide and cooperate with group marketing


  • University degree
  • Two to three years of experience in HR department
  • Solid understanding of Recruiting processes and Talent Management
  • Very good command of English (written and oral)
  • Handling complexity, eye for the detail
  • Proactive networker
  • Willingness to travel (20%)

  • Salary: Depending on your specific qualification and professional experience, we offer you a monthly gross salary of minimum € 3,000 – or higher - in accordance with your qualifications and professional experience.
